The Urban Mobility Summit Berlin

Join the Mobility Community in Berlin!

Conferences today need to be about more than just presenting the latest cutting-edge technology and innovations. They should gather a community of policymakers, corporates and start-ups to facilitate business interactions and knowledge-sharing among them. This is what the Urban Mobility Summit Berlin is all about, bringing a powerful international community together to build relationships while exploring big-picture ideas in mobility.

The Urban Mobility Summit Berlin will be held on 21 October 2021 at The Drivery, Europe’s Largest Mobility Innovation Community & Marketplace.

How the City Summits Work

A City Summit is a unique event tailored to the needs of the host city and designed to activate the local mobility community, putting innovators and policymakers on stage together.

• Invitation only; limited to 250: we work with our city partners to curate the ideal audience, limiting numbers to 250
to ensure an intimate format for building fruitful relationships

• Hybrid physical/digital event: there is an unlimited digital audience who, where appropriate, watch and partake in discussions

• Access to Autonomy’s wider digital community: this is the most valuable virtual community in the urban mobility industry

• Co-hosted by the city and its agencies: an opportunity to showcase local best practices and successful cases

Building Relationships That Count

Equally important to the discussions taking place on stage will be those taking place off stage, through networking sessions and business meetings. The 250 total delegates will enjoy networking opportunities morning, noon and night thanks to complimentary coffee breaks, a catered lunch and evening cocktail party. Delegates will even have the chance to make some new friends during a pre-event drinks get-together, held the evening of 27 May.

Space will also be provided in the venue to organise private meetings and delegates will have the opportunity to connect with one another prior to the event in order to cultivate relationships before even setting foot in Berlin.

Want to Partner?

Most conferences today are focused on cutting-edge technology and digital innovation, which attracts attention but does not drive business. Our unique understanding of the ecosystem enables us to create events which are tailored to our partners’ needs.

Does your company have or is looking to build a strong European presence in one of our key cities? By partnering with the Urban Mobility Summit Berlin you can leverage our knowledge, networks and content to communicate your message to the right audience.
