We’re looking for a business operations associate to join our business development team and lead complex and strategic processes with our partners around the world.

In your day-to-day you will create data-driven insights for our customers, lead the submission of RFI/RFPs, develop case studies and content based on research and live implementations around the world, drive go-to-market strategy for penetration of new verticals, and manage multi-disciplinary projects including business, product, and development teams.

What You’ll do

  • Extract, summarize, and analyze operational data to provide insights to customers and partners

  • Lead the process for submission of Scope of Work documents for potential clients, manage RFI/RFP processes with multinational corporations

  • Hands-on development of go-to-market strategy for new business development opportunities

  • Manage client-facing projects end-to-end: collection of requirements, work with product and development teams, delivery and training with operational teams

What You’ll need

  • Significant experience leading analytical and business processes in client-facing environments. Advantage for strategic consulting background or other similar experience

  • Be the best multi-tasker you know, manage multiple complex projects in parallel, and hit your deadlines in advance

  • High technical aptitude and curiosity: you don’t need to write the code, but you need to know and understand how things work

  • Internally-motivated self-starter with ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to take ownership of business processes and produce results

  • Degree-level education in quantitative/ business field, MBAs encouraged

  • Master at presenting data and telling stories with data

  • Fantastic spoken and written English

  • Advantage: Experience working with multinational corporations, additional advantage for experience with automotive/ transportation/ mobility companies
