Business Development Manager – EVBox

Who we’re looking for:

As Business Development Manager, France you will focus on sales activities within the French Market. You will work from our office in Neuilly sur Seine and you will report directly to the local Regional Director.

Your daily activities will consist of:

Sales Activities:

Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database
Act as a first point of contact of distributors, partners and resellers
Develop, expand and maintain the reseller and partner channel, create cross- and deep-sell opportunities
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities
Build lasting and strong relationships with partners and customers
Closely coordinate company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management
Respond to and follow up sales and information enquiries by email, phone, and through personal visits
Create appropriate propositions based on sales- and acquisition plans

Business Development:

Participate in creating successful implementation plans of new business initiatives
Develop and maintain sales tools, training and other instruments to ensure successful sales activities
Develop new sales strategies and evaluate these
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Collaborate with Industry Segment Leaders and Marketing to implement and roll out Industry Segments focused Value Propositions in New Markets

Sales Organization:

Provide sales forecasts
Analyse and anticipate on market developments from a commercial point of view
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information


Bachelor/Master’s degree in business administration or similar
Circa 5-10 years experience in working in sales (direct or indirect sales mode)
Experience with short sales cycles
Experience with sales CRM
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in French & English
In-depth knowledge or willingness to quickly acquire extensive knowledge of the EV sector
Affinity with renewable technologies, product and service innovation
Self starter with commercial mindset and hands-on mentality
Speak customer, sales and business partner language
